This Aaron was known as Aaron of Spartanburg (SC). This Aaron (born 1750 C), son of Rev Aaron, with some members of his family, reportedly left Spartanburg S.C. about 1807. They were members of the Tyger River Friendship Baptist Church 1801-1804. They left in 1807 and settled near Bowling Green, Warren County, KY. That area of Warren County later became Allen County in 1815. The above are the known children, though there may have been more. It appears that Aaron and Elizabeth lived with their son, Aaron in Washington County Missouri in 1830. It is believed they died and were buried somewhere in Washington County MO. between 1830 and 1840, as they did not appear in 1840 census. In 1850 Census, there were four Pinson families living in the area, all born in South Carolina. It is believed they were sons of Aaron Pinson of Spartinburg, SC, who went to Warren County, Ky in 1807. They may have all moved to Missouri together around 1825. There is evidence that Aaron Joseph and Lot were in (Warren / Allen) KY between 1812 and 1821. It appears that Zephaniah remained there.

Elizabeth "Wells" came from Carol McColloch Pulliam.

I am very much interested in information concerning Aaron Pinson who died in Allen County around 1835. He was married to an Elizabeth Wells. Several of his children married in Allen County. My connection to him is through one of two sons (Marmaduke or Larkin) who were in Montgomery County, Tennessee at this time (1820-1835).
